From day one, Paxos has prioritized regulation in order to build trust.
That shapes how we hold assets in custody, build our technology, onboard partners and approve new products.
Today we hold licenses in the U.S., Singapore and the EU, supervised by the OCC, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Finland’s FIN-FSA under MiCA, so our products are under clear regulation wherever they’re used.
